Are copyrights and licenses included in the subscription?

The source files always remain the property of The Battalion. The videos that we provide can be used subject to agreements about duration, medium, and location.

What about the privacy and consent of people who appear in the video?

Everyone who comes into our picture signs a paper declaring that they agree to come into view.

What happens in case of unforeseen circumstances?

We try to calculate this properly in advance. But in the event of force majeure, we will look for a solution as quickly as possible that everyone can agree with.

Do I have to hire actors for the video?

Depending on the concept, this is possible. We work with various casting agencies and/or websites and will always suggest the right actors for the project when necessary.

Can I provide feedback while producing the video?

Of course. We provide a monitor so that you can view and adjust each shot image in consultation with our director.

Can I contribute my own ideas and creative input?

That is possible, although we will of course guide you in this. We want to share our expertise with you so that we don't just execute.

How is the style and tone of the video determined?

During the discovery day, we will map out your tone of voice and visual style. That way, we ensure that everything matches your brand and branding.

What happens if I want to make adjustments to my movie?

We store all images on our server. Adjustments can therefore always be made.
